Refunds can only be done 48 hours before the event and it is based on organiser policies to reject or accept refund.

Third-party or Gifted Tickets Refunds
No refunds for gifted tickets from interest page or ticket that is gifted from third-party.
Organizer-Controlled Refunds
Refunds are required by Organizers in some 

Organizers are require to accept refund if the event is postponed for more than 90 days without a new schedule date

No Refund Obligation
Tickrush has no obligation to issue refunds

Tickrush is not responsible for event changes or cancellations.
