Register

  • Download  and install Tickrush app on Apple store or Google Play Store.
  • Open and click on Register just below the app login screen.
  • Enter personal details, agree to terms and conditions, click continue.
  • Enter OTP to verify email, click on submit, permit video access and select profile photo and allow access to location.

Login

  • Enter email address together with password and click login.

Forgot Password

  • On the login screen, click on the forgot password and submit, click the reset link in your registered email address.
  • Enter a new password and submit or click ok, go toTickrush app login screen, enter the new password and login.

Create event

  • Click on add new event on home page or select the add icon button below the screen.
  • Pick event type or choose between a one time event and subscribe event

Selecting one time event

  • Enter name of events, select your event category.

Some event categories allow you to select between fixed and flexible date and time options. (Fixed date allows organizers to set exact date and time for the event while Flexible date and time allow attendees to choose their preferred date and time for the event).

If a fixed date is selected, enter event description and click next but if flexible date and time is selected, enter event description and click next to create the slot time intervals and click next.

  • Add time and venue of the events, the start date and end date is when the events starts and expires. 
  • Select Event location, if physical is selected it means the event is happening at a physical address, but if online is selected, it means the event is happening alone online. If all is selected it means the event will be physical and also be available to stream for online viewers. 
  • Click on address to add address of the events and click next.
  • Click banner to upload photos, if you want more pictures click event photo, if you want videos click on upload and turn on the “Show video on explore” and click next.
  • Add event policy from our policy options or skip to the next page.
  • Click on “Submit & Add ticket later” or click “Add tickets” above the screen to add event tickets.

Selecting Subscribe event

  • Click on the add icon, select subscribe and click next
  • Select the period you want your event to occur in the event period options that is weekly, monthly or yearly then click next. Example: if you select weekly it means your events occur every week.
  • Enter event name, select event category and enter event description, then next.
  • Enter event time and venue.
  • Enter event occurrence and choose the number of times you want your event to occur based on your selected options. For example, if you select weekly, you can add 1 or 2 on a repeat field and select which of the week days, if you add 2, you have to select 2 days from week days like Monday (M) and Thursday (T).
  • Select Event location, if physical is selected it means the event is happening at a physical address, but if online is selected, it means the event is happening alone online. If all is selected it means the event will be physical and also be available to stream for online viewers. click on address to add address of the events and click next.
  • Click banner to upload photos, if you want more pictures click event photo, if you want videos click on upload and turn on the “Show video on explore” and click next.
  • Add event policy from our policy options or skip to the next page.
  • Click on “Submit & Add ticket later” or click “Add tickets” above the screen to add event tickets.

Edit event

  • On the app home screen click on the three dots showing on the “Upcoming event” badge or you click on the badge under “Today’s event” then click on the three dots at the right side above the screen and click on “edit event“.
  • On the event detail page click on the paper and pen Icon by the right of each detail to edit text.

Delete event

  • On the app home screen click on the three dots showing on the “Upcoming event” badge or you click on the badge under “Today’s event” then click on the three dots at the right side above the screen and click on “delete event“.

Take note, events can only be deleted if there is no ticket sold or bought.

Add or edit ticket

  • On the app home screen click on the three dots showing on the “Upcoming event” badge or you click on the badge under “Today’s event” then click on the three dots at the right side above the screen and click on “edit ticket category“.
  • Click on the add icon right above the screen to add ticket, then click on submit to add ticket to ticket category and submit again to update on the event.
  • Click the three dots on the created ticket to edit the ticket you want and after entering details, press the submit button after editing or updating the ticket.

Scan or checking ticket

  • Click on any event badge on the home page, below the event details page, click on check-in, tap to check in or click the Scan ticket button and click verify.

Start live event

  • Click on any event badge on the home page, below the event details page, click on Online, then click the Start Live Event button.

Accept or reject refund

  • Click on any event badge on the home page, below the event details page, click on refund, then click the accept or reject button to accept or reject refund.

Take Note, charges are applied  and Tickrush has the right to refund customers depending on the circumstances.

Add and check ticket memo

  • Click on any event badge on the home page, below the event details page, click on memo, then click on each ticket details to view the memo.
  • To add a memo click on the event badge on the home page, below the event details page, click on check-in, click the Scan ticket button and click memo to add a memo.

Check event orders history

Click on the second icon below the screen to view all events orders, click the event to view orders and click on each order to view order details.

Print event orders

  • Click on the calendar icon below the screen to view all events orders history, click the event to view orders and click on the three dots on the screen to print or export as PDF.

Make withdrawal

Click on profile icon, click on wallet, add bank details, click submit button, add amount and click on withdraw now.

Add Promo

  • Click on profile icon, click on promo, click the add icon above the screen
  • Select the event you wish to add promo.
  • Choose promo code type. Organizers can choose promo based on percentage or amount, the promo code applies to the overall ticket purchased by customers.
  • click submit.

Add event manager or user

Organizers can add users to manage event based on admin role, scan ticket role and live stream role

  • Go to settings, select manage event, click add button or add user button, select event you want the user to manage, enter the user name, email and password, then choose the role you want and submit.

Edit or Delete event manager or user

To edit or delete the event manager, go to settings, select Manage event, tap on the three dots on each created manager or user, then select edit or delete.
