Register

• Download  and install Tickrush app on Apple store or Google Play Store.
• Open and click on Register just below the app login screen.
• Enter personal details, agree to terms and conditions, click continue.
• Enter OTP to verify email, click on submit, permit video access and select profile photo and allow access to location.

Login

• Enter email address together with password and click login.

Forgot Password

• On the login screen, click on the forgot password, enter your email address and submit, click the reset link in your registered email address.
• Enter a new password and submit or click ok, go to app login screen, enter the new password and login.

Buy ticket (One time event)

• Go to the home page, click on the category of event ticket to see the event listing, select the event and on the ticket details page , select the number of tickets in the ticket category section and click buy now.
• Users can use the search field to view specific events or price ranges of different event listings, users can also click “See all” to view either all event categories, One time event or subscribe event.

Adding promo code

• Go to the home page, search or select the event you wish to apply the promo code, click to open the event details page, select the number of tickets, the promo code field appears automatically then enter promo code.

Subscribe to an event by buying a ticket.

• Click on see all subscribe events, click on the subscribe event you want, on the event detail page in the ticket category section, click the subscribe button to subscribe. (Check if the event is physical or online before subscribing)

Note that subscription is based on the organizer timing.

Unsubscribe to an event

• Click on settings icon, select subscribed event, choose the event you wish to unsubscribe, then click unsubscribe on the detail page.

Note that your current ticket subscription will still be valid until the ticket is scanned or event attended or expired and because you unsubscribe you will not get a ticket for the next or upcoming event date for that particular event.

Stream or join event

• Click on the calendar icon on the app to check the ticket history, select the purchased ticket, click on it and you will see a red flash live icon at the top of the ticket page, which indicates that event has started or it is on. Click on it to stream the event. 

Users may get notification based on their notification settings to notify them when the event starts, click on it to join the event.

Post ticket interest

• Click on a ticket or navigate to a ticket page details, select the number of tickets you want to buy, after selection the “Post interest” appears, click on post interest, select the contact you wish to see the ticket, then click on the post button. 

Note, not all tickets can be posted as an interest or gift request and you may need to verify the phone number before posting, this may depend on the ticket amount or number of tickets.

Gift ticket

• Go to the interest page on the app, click on Recent or viewed to get someone a ticket as a gift, be sure of the person’s name and check the profile and event before gifting someone a ticket, then click gift now. You are advised to be sure before giving one a ticket. A Gift ticket is not refundable.

Refund ticket

• Click on the Calendar icon to view ticket history, select the ticket in the current section, down below  the page you will see the refund button, click on it. Note, a refund can only be done 48 hours to the event click here for refund policies.
